These essential pillars empower you to approach any situation—whether it's everyday challenges or moments of personal danger—with confidence, clarity, and decisiveness.


During this session, we’ll focus on how these principles guide not only physical self-defence but also personal empowerment in everyday life:


  • THINK: Sharpen your situational awareness and decision-making.

  • YELL: Use your voice as a boundary-setting tool and for de-escalation.

  • RUN: Know when and how to safely exit a dangerous situation.

  • FIGHT: Learn simple yet powerful physical techniques for protection.
