Dates and times:
Friday 3/11: 18h - 22h

The training is a full 15h course, for which we ask to commit to all dates and times as mentioned above, as all parts are strongly connected and build on one another.
Language:
English & French (and we can provide Dutch translation if necessary).
Price:
550 USD (the price is in USD, as we are currently billing from the US). Payment in installments is possible.
General:
We train in a small (max 14 participants) group, all genders, as of 16 years old. What is so specific about this course is that we address several aspects of aggression based on research on how aggression happens in real life, and we simulate different scenarios in which we coach you to manage stress, recognize behaviours, set boundaries, verbal strategies for self defense, and full-on physical self defense techniques.
The training is led by a team of instructors, two female lead instructors who will coach you all throughout the course, and two male instructors that are fully protected and suited, so that you can use all your physical force. This is what we call adrenaline-based, full-force training, which allows for techniques to be integrated in your muscle memory. So that if you ever do find yourself in such a situation, your body will know what to do.
Our trainers are highly qualified and trauma-informed, and the course is set up in a way to accommodate persons without any previous training, regardless of age, gender and physical fitness.
The original organisation that has developed this methodology is based in the US and you can read more about them here.
